The most important criterium on how to evaluate the performance of a company are the quality of production, accuracy and fulfilling the order terms. Our company pays a special attention to this task and therefore it equips its production premises with only modern technologies. As for the organization segment, the company is equipped with the integral system, which is a subject of a continuous development.
The important instrument on how to reach all objectives concerning the highest possible quality of products, is the introduction of the quality control system, according to the international standard ČSN EN ISO 9001: 2009.
The company management has decided to implement the high quality policy. This policy became obligatory for all our employees. In order to keep improving the quality control system, the company management has been specifying and evaluating the concrete quality aims every year.
Basic principles to secure products’ highest quality:
The customer
- High quality of products and services shall be recognized as main objectives on how to win and keep customers.
- The customers' satisfaction shall be the only indicator of quality of products and services.
- Tendering procedures must be fast, professional and must be finished within agreed time schedules.
- Continuous monitoring of developments in the primary areas of company's production program.
The company
- All work activities must be performed correctly with the objective to perform all tasks fast and efficiently.
- Mistake prevention within the quality control system shall have a clear priority before the subsequent rectifying of such mistakes.
- Regular training of employees. Training sessions shall include the principles and methods of quality increase system.
- Team work participation of every single employee with the objective to increase the quality.
Employees
- Each employee must be able to perform the task given to him. He shall be held fully responsible for the quality of his work.
- Each company employee shall become the participant in the quality control system. Therefore, he shall have not only a right, but also an obligation, to inspect jobs performed by other workers before him.
- Each employee must know how to act in order to prevent low-quality jobs and how low-quality jobs will effect him personally, the company and the customer.
