1948
Establishment of a machinery workshop within the Technoplast company, with main focus on in house production and maintenance of plastic injection moulds, forming and cutting equipment
1965
Construction of separate production halls and office space
1965 – 1992
Production of moulds and one-purpose machines and equipment for the plastics industry
1992
Privatization, foundation of Chropyňská strojírna a.s.
1992 – 2012
Extension of production program by products and systems for the automotive industry, significant rise of labor productivity. Investments in machinery and equipment and construction of a new manufacturing hall, exceeding 20 million Euro in total.
2012
Foundation of subsidiary in Nižnij Novgorod (Russia), acquisition of Slavia Tools in Detva (Slovakia). Current production facilties, storage and office spaces total approximately 30.000 m².
2013
Completion of a new assembly hall for the first commissioning of complete lines in Chropyně.
Acquisition of Ramira SA, located in Baia Mare, Romania, which employs about 360 skilled workers and belongs to the largest companies supplying fixtures for the automotive industry.
Gain of VW Group Award for 2013 in the category „Local leader“.
2014
Establishment of Joint Venture YIKE in Shanghai for local production.
2015
Foundation of offices in Nürnberg, Germany and establishment of a subsidiary in Spartanburg, (USA).
Total number of staff exceeds 900 and total revenues reach 90 million Euro.
